Daniel Burkett

Daniel Burkett is a Canadian professional racing driver who was born on June 22, 1995. He began his racing career in go-karts at the age of 8 before transitioning to formula cars. Burkett has competed in a variety of racing series including Formula 1600, F2000 Championship Series, IMSA Prototype Challenge, and the Indy Lights Series.

Burkett is best known for his participation in the Road to Indy program, where he competed in the USF2000 and Indy Lights Series. In 2014, he finished 10th in the USF2000 championship and was named the series' "Spirit Award" winner. In 2017, he made his debut in the Indy Lights Series, finishing 16th in the championship standings.

In addition to his racing career, Burkett is also a motorsports entrepreneur. He is the founder of RaceCoin, a platform that aims to connect racing drivers with sponsors and fans. Burkett is also a coach and mentor to young racers, helping to develop the next generation of talent in Canadian motorsports.
