PLEASE READ CAREFULLY. BY SIGNING THIS AGREEMENT, YOU ARE WAIVING CERTAIN LEGAL RIGHTS. Participant Information By participating in any activity, event, simulator session, training session, league, competition, demonstration, or other activity conducted by GTR Simulator Experience & Training Center ("GTR Simulator"), I acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Assumption of Risk

I understand that racing simulators, flight simulators, motion simulators, virtual reality equipment, gaming equipment, and related activities involve inherent risks, including but not limited to:

Motion sickness

Dizziness or disorientation

Loss of balance

Slips, trips, and falls

Eye strain or fatigue

Physical discomfort

Equipment malfunction

Minor or serious bodily injury

Aggravation of pre-existing medical conditions

I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation and choose to participate at my own risk.

2. Medical Fitness

I certify that I am physically and mentally capable of participating in simulator activities. I understand that I should not participate if I have any medical condition that may be affected by simulator use, including but not limited to:

Seizure disorders

Severe motion sickness

Heart conditions

Vertigo

Balance disorders

Recent injuries or surgeries

Any condition that may be aggravated by simulator motion or prolonged screen exposure

I agree that it is my responsibility to consult a physician if I have concerns regarding my ability to participate.

3. Release of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless GTR Simulator Experience & Training Center, GTR Simulator, Abtivan Corporation, its owners, officers, employees, contractors, volunteers, affiliates, sponsors, landlords, and partners from any and all claims, liabilities, demands, damages, losses, costs, or expenses arising from or related to:

Personal injury

Property damage

Illness

Disability

Death

Loss of personal belongings

Equipment failure

Negligence of other participants

Whether caused by negligence or otherwise, except where prohibited by law.

4. Property Damage

I agree to exercise reasonable care while using all equipment and facilities. I understand that I may be held financially responsible for damage caused by intentional misconduct, abuse, vandalism, theft, or reckless behavior.

5. Rules and Conduct

I agree to follow all instructions provided by GTR Simulator staff. GTR Simulator reserves the right to refuse service or remove any participant without refund for:

Unsafe behavior

Harassment of staff or guests

Intoxication

Abuse of equipment

Violation of facility rules

Any conduct deemed disruptive or dangerous

6. Minors

Participants under 18 years of age must have this agreement signed by a parent or legal guardian. The parent or guardian agrees to all terms of this waiver on behalf of the minor participant.

7. Photography, Video Recording & Media Release

I understand that photographs, video recordings, livestreams, audio recordings, gameplay footage, simulator footage, security footage, interviews, and other media may be captured during my visit. I hereby grant GTR Simulator Experience & Training Center, GTR Simulator, and Abtivan Corporation the irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free right and permission to:

Photograph me

Record my voice

Record my image and likeness

Record my simulator gameplay and performance

Record video footage of me and my guests

Use footage captured by facility cameras and livestream systems

I authorize GTR Simulator to use, reproduce, publish, edit, distribute, display, broadcast, and otherwise utilize such media in any format, including but not limited to:

Social media platforms

Website content

Advertising campaigns

Digital marketing

Print advertising

Promotional materials

News releases

Television, streaming, and online video content

Educational and training materials

This permission includes the use of my name, image, likeness, voice, photographs, video recordings, livestream appearances, simulator footage, and any other media captured during my visit for advertising, promotional, marketing, public relations, social media, website content, training, and other business purposes. I understand that I will receive no compensation, royalties, or additional consideration for such use. I waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product or the specific use of such media.

8. Privacy

I understand that information collected through registration forms, membership applications, Wi-Fi registration, bookings, and other customer interactions may be used for operational purposes, customer service, marketing communications (where permitted by law), and business recordkeeping. GTR Simulator will not sell personal information to third parties.

9. Severability

If any provision of this agreement is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

10. Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of California.

11. Acknowledgment

I certify that:

I have read this entire agreement.

I fully understand its contents.

I understand that I am giving up substantial legal rights.

I sign this agreement freely and voluntarily.

I agree to all terms and conditions contained herein.
