By participating in any racing simulator, flight simulator, motion simulator, training session, event, or related activity at GTR Simulator, I understand and agree that participation is voluntary and may involve physical movement, visual stimulation, force feedback, motion effects, vibration, sudden movement, or other simulator-related effects. I understand that these activities may cause dizziness, motion sickness, nausea, discomfort, eye strain, fatigue, loss of balance, or other physical reactions. I agree to stop immediately and notify staff if I experience any discomfort, dizziness, nausea, pain, or medical concern. I understand that GTR Simulator is not responsible for injuries, discomfort, motion sickness, personal property loss, or damages resulting from participation in simulator activities, except where prohibited by law. I agree to follow all staff instructions, safety rules, equipment rules, and house policies. I understand that failure to follow instructions may result in my session being stopped without refund. I confirm that the information I provided is accurate, and I consent to GTR Simulator collecting and storing this registration information for customer service, safety, operational, and marketing purposes.
